Connect AI to your business systems, safely
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard that lets AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot use your systems. We build MCP servers and AI integrations that give them exactly the access you choose, and nothing more.
What is MCP, in plain English?
Think of MCP as a universal adapter between AI assistants and your software. Instead of copying and pasting between a chat window and your systems, an MCP server lets the assistant look things up and take actions directly: find a customer, check stock, raise an invoice.
You decide which actions it can take, which data it can see and who can use it. Build one MCP server for a system and every assistant that supports MCP can use it.
Your systems, ready for AI
Custom MCP servers
An MCP server for your CRM, database, ticketing system or internal API, so your team's AI assistant can use it directly.
Permissions you control
Sign-in with your existing accounts, read-only access to start with, and a clear list of what the AI may and may not do.
Audit logs
A record of every request the AI makes: who asked, what it looked up and what it changed.
AI inside your software
Add AI features to the software you already have: search across documents, summaries, smart forms and built-in assistants.
APIs and integrations
Where a system has no API, we build one. We connect payments, telephony, calendars, email and third-party services.
Data migrations
Move data between databases and platforms with every row checked, so nothing is lost on the way.
What teams use it for
Once an assistant can reach your systems, everyday questions take seconds.
- "What's the status of order 1042?" answered from your live system
- Summarising a customer's history before a sales call
- Searching every manual and past support ticket with one question
- Letting coding assistants read your internal documentation and APIs
- Pulling figures from several systems without waiting for a report
Not sure where to start?
Tell us which systems your team uses most, and we'll suggest what AI could safely do with them first.
Talk to usAI you can trust with your customers
Every AI system we build follows the same rules.
Guardrails
Firm rules on what the AI may say and do, and protection against attempts to trick it into ignoring them.
People stay in charge
Anything consequential is approved by a person, and the AI hands over when it's unsure.
Your data stays yours
Only the data a task needs is sent to AI services, through business services that don't train on it, in line with UK GDPR.
Measured, not hoped for
We test on your real examples and track accuracy and time saved, so you can see it working.
From first chat to live
Discover
A free conversation about what you want to improve, then a short look at how it works today.
Prototype
A working version early, so you can try it with real examples before committing to the full build.
Build
Built properly: tested, secure and connected to your systems, with regular check-ins.
Support
Monitoring, improvements and support once it's live, so it keeps getting better.
Common questions
What is an MCP server?
A small service that sits between an AI assistant and one of your systems. It tells the assistant what it can do, for example "look up a customer", and does it on the assistant's behalf within the limits you set.
Which AI assistants can use it?
MCP is supported by Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, popular coding tools and a growing number of other AI products, so one server can serve several assistants.
Is it secure?
It's as secure as it's built. We use proper sign-in, give the AI the least access it needs, put sensitive actions behind a confirmation step and log everything.
Can you add AI to our existing software?
Yes. We can work inside your existing codebase, whether it's .NET, JavaScript or something else, and add AI features without a rebuild.
Ready to talk it through?
Tell us what you'd like to improve. The first conversation is free, and you'll get an honest view of whether this is the right fit.
