We charge a day rate, available on request. We agree the number of days and what you'll get before any work starts.
Do you only advise, or can you build it too?
Both. A review often leads to a build, but there's no obligation: the advice is yours to use with any team.
Can you support software someone else built?
Yes. We start with a review so we understand it, then take on maintenance and improvements.
What do we get at the end of a review?
A short written report in plain English: what we found, what matters most and a prioritised list of next steps.
