A short one, yes. It doesn't need to be a long document: a clear list of where AI will help, in what order and how you'll measure it. That stops money going on tools nobody uses.
What do we get at the end of the review?

Can you build what the plan recommends?
Yes. We can build the first piece, connect it to your systems and look after it, or work alongside your own developers.
Which AI models and tools do you use?
We choose for each job, usually models from Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI, and off-the-shelf tools where they're good enough. You aren't locked in to one supplier.
How much does it cost?
